Mainstay extends Customer Service opening hours!
Mainstay remains committed to driving forward exceptional customer service, and as part of a wider operational focus their Customer Service Team is introducing an extended hours provision.
From 1st March 2012, the core operating hours will be extended to 8am – 7pm, Monday to Friday providing greater flexibility for all our customers.
Daniel Potter, Head of Estates for Mainstay says: “We are delighted to positively respond to feedback and research from our customers and offer extended opening hours to fit in with the lifestyles of those we serve.
We are constantly monitoring and reviewing the way we deliver and improve the customer experience, and enhancing the hours we operate within our Customer Service team has been a very popular suggestion from our Customers.
We hope that by extending our opening hours outside of the standard 9-5 we can continue to build on our industry leading levels of Customer Service”
