Residential Block Management specialists Mainstay, has been appointed by St George Central London to manage their prestigious new Chelsea Creek development; London's newest and most fashionable dockside development, located in SW6.

In an industry first, the two organisations have collaborated to develop a performance risk based contract designed around a set of key performance indicators focused on delivering exceptional customer service across all aspects of the developments management, facilities and services. 

Chelsea Creek is the transformation of a 10 acre brownfield site in to a new dockside development based around true waterside living. A refurbished lock will link Chelsea Creek to the River Thames, with a series of waterways flowing into the heart of the development. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, include 24 hour Concierge and The Spa, the exclusive residents only spa and gymnasium.
