Residential Block Management specialists Mainstay, has been appointed by St George Central London to manage their prestigious new Chelsea Creek development; London's newest and most fashionable dockside development, located in SW6.

In an industry first, the two organisations have collaborated to develop a performance risk based contract designed around a set of key performance indicators focused on delivering exceptional customer service across all aspects of the developments management, facilities and services. 

Chelsea Creek is the transformation of a 10 acre brownfield site in to a new dockside development based around true waterside living. A refurbished lock will link Chelsea Creek to the River Thames, with a series of waterways flowing into the heart of the development. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, include 24 hour Concierge and The Spa, the exclusive residents only spa and gymnasium.

Mainstay currently manages some 500 developments across the UK from their principal offices in London and Worcester, and through this new partnership with St George will manage all aspects of this exclusive development and its services, which is situated just moments from the stylish Kings’ Road and the vibrancy of central London.
