Working with Mainstay
Mainstay believes that services have to be personalised to reflect home owners as customers. For this reason, each development under management is run by an experienced property manager who has clear responsibility for every aspect of management.
Our managers are assisted by an office-based advisor who understands each development and client and is available throughout the day to pass on guidance, advice and organise repairs.
Behind the scenes, these property teams are supported by service charge accountants, purchase ledger assistants, cashiers, a compliance team and other back-office staff, ensuring that all the relevant expertise can be sought whilst allowing our managers to maintain a one-to-one relationship with their customers.
Mainstay's underlying approach is to clearly identify and understand its customers' needs and to provide them with the service they require at an appropriate price. In essence, we manage your property as if it was our own.
